So this is what we've been waiting for? Hmmm. It's a big surprise and I'm very skeptical, but Dennis Erickson appeals to me more than any of the other candidates they mentioned. He's different. After thinking about it, I would've accepted Mora Jr. for continuity's sake, but I'm glad they went in a different direction. What worries me is that Erickson is unproven at the professional level. He coached the Seattle Seahawks and went 31-33. And the Niners gave up Mooch for this? Oh well. Anyhow, go Niners.
